Here is why -
It was Congolese Army which fight with Maimai Nduma, on August 4th. The Nguma defense of Congo disloged Fardc in Vuyinga Camp after 6 hours of battle and called people for an evening meeting. Fardc say that they will lauch the attack in some mprnings.
