Here is why -
YCDC (Yangon City Development Committee) prohibits not to flag and not electioneering for NLD (National League for Democracy) and other parties at Maubin meat and fish market.
YCDC prohibited and even signed with shopkeepers not to flag, stickers and electioneering for NLD and other parties at Maubin Market said shop owners.
By the help of that Market responsible persons, YCDC officials signed with shop owners to remove all flags and stickers of parties in every shop at October 21.
Although shop owners were called a meeting for Market clean and development, they must sign not electioneering for not disputing between shopkeepers and that may be members of USDP party complained said shopkeepers.
The shop owners were warned to give one hundred thousand Kyat and prison to one year if they electioneer for political parties.
