In an incident in Aunglan Township in Magwe Region on 3 November, a mentally disabled person was arrested by the local people and handed over to the police, on a suspicion that the man was an illegal Bengali migrant. According to a local resident, that suspicion arose after the person run away when he was asked on his identity and his features are look like as a people of Indian origin. However, the police said the person was drunk and he was not in stable mind.
