Low Priority.
Here is why -
Ooredoo telecommunication tower installation has been carrying on despite the objection of the local
people since February 2015, in the Sagain Division. Therefore, about 100 local residents gathered
signatures and petitioned President Thein Sein and ministers to stop the installation.
The communication tower installations are proceeding at Zaytan Block number 10, Tammu Township,
and the local residents protested against the installation on 25th February 2015. At first the local
residents filed the complaint letter to the local authorities, but the authorities did not stop the installation,
so the local residents finally decided to complain to the higher authorities.
Qatar based Ooredoo telecommunication company is facing objections from Ma Ba Tha since it started
the project in Burma.
