A photograph showing people gathered at Delhi airport upon the arrival of the reputed young artist Yohani de Silva is circulating on social media. Further, it states that she received cash awards up to USD 500,000.Upon our technical investigation, it was revealed that the photo is of the lobby of Narita International Airport. The image is from when the airport was overcrowded with travelers who were unable to find ground transportation after a strong typhoon that battered Tokyo on 9th September 2019.Therefore, the above photo is not a photo shot at the Delhi airport when Yohani de Silva visited India, but a photo from the Narita International Airport after a typhoon situation in Tokyo in 2019.
