Oct 29 ,2015 President U Thein Sein compared saying with Arab countries, Muslim countries for their evolution of democracy. "There are many Arab countries, Muslim countries like us, in the meantime of transition period to democracy. You can see the bloodsheds daily in television without changing democracy system till now. Is it right? Bombs and mines burst every day. Also Wars are happening everyday, likewise. Aircraft attacks by dropping bombs like country is destroyed. Hundreds thousands of people are running away from here to there", said U Thein Sein to Oshi Kwin villagers in the Ngaputaw township on October 29. Although Arab countries are evolving the democracy system with several bloodsheds, he is evolving carefully step by step for the democracy system at Myanmar without several bloodsheds, U Thein Sein said. Besides, he questioned for what is the sayingof opposite party for "it is time to change?", as he had already changed to the democracy system. NLD party is campaigning with the slogans, "It is time to change" "Let vote NLD for the real change" and senior candidates of USDP spoke that they really wonder and not understand what is the meaning of that slogan,"It is time to change" .
