This report is Confirmed true
and is of
Low Priority.
Here is why -
The two Muslims, who were killed along with General Aung San and other, were omitted by the extreme nationalists in the list of martyrs.
The names of the U Razak, the Minister of Planning and Education and his bodyguard Yebaw Ko Htwe were omitted in an invitation issued by a nationalist group for a commemorative event for their 69th death anniversary.
The pair were killed alongside the national hero General Aung San and other politicians in 1947. In the assassination, nine people including General Aung San were killed.
All the nine people are recognized as martyrs and 19 July, the day were assassinated is being designated as Martyrs Day.
However, so called the nationalists are frequently criticizing Muslims, which include among the martyrs.
The government has failed to take actions for such provocations against the Muslims.
