Some rape cases are happening in Shan State although signed for cease fire at Shan State reported by Shan Human Right estate organization. There were some rape cases by organization and even killed the single and married women from 14 year to 45 year. Some criminals were beaten by responsible person of Tatmadaw but residents said they cannot know those criminals were taken action or not for rape case. Resident said "criminals for rape cases had not taken action and released easily. Some rape cases were by group and some cases were popular places, once case happened even near Tatmadaw police station". Only two rape cases can take action the criminals because of township administration try to take action by Tatmadaw, but cannot know how to take action by untransparency count and some case can release by giving bribe. In one case of two kachin teachers were raped and killed at January at KaungKhar village, Northern Shan State, government's Tatmadaw protected for the criminals and Tatmadaw threatened they will take action the plaintiffs if they inspect this case. Myanmar was signed the statement of "Stop rape cases in war region" with United Kingdom at June 2014, so need to handle by internationals.
