Here is why -
A group of civil servants and civil society members protested in Bor, Jonglei State. The Protest was largely peaceful with no violent response from the police and army. The Protesters carried placards that had the grievances written on and they matched through the main street to the State government complex where they presented their partition to the governor. They dispersed after about an hour and half.
