This information is true, based on the sources on the group they say that there East African forces being deployed to secure the borders across the regions as such those forces have also been reported to be at the boarder, Raga County is a county bordering CAR, CHAD and Sudan (DAFUR). we also know that since there is a conflict in Sudan it is also possible for such military showcase to be experience.
