Here is why -

Some heads of wards and authorities come to the polling station and counting center although they are not related with the polling stations, reported by National Youth Congress (NYC), a civil society who observed about election in all divisions and states.
The poll officer did not prohibit those authorities and heads of wards, villages and townships who stayed in polling station and even secretary rooms although they are not related with that polling station and not need to stay long time by NYC report.
PACE, People’s Alliance for Credible Elections, also reported the head of township, authorities and militants who are not poll officers and not related with polling station stay long time in 13 percent of polling stations.
