U Tin Aye, head of Union Election Commission (UEC) said he will give up his position, if he is not dutiful, although some unfair cases was in some townships during election.
Daw Aung San Su Kyi said to BBC news at Nov 10, “if it is fair, we cannot say fair. If is free, generally we can say free. But some threatens were in some townships and military can vote only in their militant troops. They cannot vote together with other people”.
The Nov 8 election at Mandalay Township was not free and fair election and cannot hold election day to complete 100 percent said U Nyi Nyi Kyaw, spokeperson of Election Observer Missions, Mandalay.
