Here is why -
The owner of a land plot in Dagon Seikkan Township has done fencing of his plot, which was reported in social media as Kular group bully and they tried to confiscate other people’s land under board day light.
The land number is 429 168/5 and situated at Yoma Yeiktha Street No 1 of Dagon Seikkan Township.
The Facebook post was based on an argument broke out over ownership of the land between Ko Min Khant, who is a representative of the land owner, and a man living in a makeshift hut built nearby.
“When he said this land belong to him, I ask for ownership documents, but he has none I have all the relevant to document to prove ownership,” Ko Min Khant said.
He said he has land ownership documents issued by the municipal and housing departments as well as the sales deed. “If that person continue to dispute over the ownership I will report to relevant government offices,” he said.
Ko Min Khant is a Buddhist not a Muslim Kalar. The Facebook post will also be used as an evidence over resolving the dispute.
