A prominent anti-Muslim monk, U Wira Thu, who is known for said the attacks on the three police outposts in the Northern Rakhine State on 9 October were carried out by the Rohingya Solidarity Organization (RSO). He said the group which is operating along the Bangladesh-Myanmar border was supported by Bengali people who want to wage aggressive war against the members of the different religions, as a part of their Jihadist activities. U Wirathu made the comment in a Facebook post with the title “Declaration on Wirathu’s Opinion 2/78”. It said the attacks on Kyikan Pyin and Nga Khu Ya Border Guard Forces in Maungtaw and Kokaung Tan Border Guard Force out post in Rathetaung Township were carried out by Bengali terrorists in a large numbers. And the RSO help them to carry out the attack in a coordinated manner.
