This report is Probably false and is of Medium Priority. Here is why -
he Arakan National Party (ANP) said lawsuits have been filed against Muslims for their alleged involvement in the terrorist acts. The allegations which are based on incorrect facts were printed on pamphlets distributed at a media briefing in Yangon on 24 July. The media briefing was organized by ANP to explain on 1982 Citizenship act. The front cover of the pamphlet said “Chronicles of court cases against bad Kulars (a derogatory term used in Myanmar to refer Muslims and South Asian origins) including Mujaheeds and RSO (Rohingya Solidarity Organization) for their human rights abuses and acts of terror”. It compiled the court cases on some 44 incidents in Rakhine State that took place during 1952 and 2012. Some of the incidents were broadcast on one of a Rakhine news agency Narinjara. It said all the incidents were Muslims committing acts of terrorism against the Rakhine Buddhists. Even though it mentioned the tittle of the court cases, but the number of first incident reports (FIR) were not mentioned. The report did not mention the date of the incident took place and other details, it just highlighted the fact that Muslims have committed terror against Rakhine Buddhists. Reference: Source of BHRN
