At least 27 activists of the Lucha citizen movement were arrested on Monday, 31 July 2017 in Goma (North Kivu) during the march to demand the electoral calendar. The arrest took place for some at the entrance of President Katindo (West of Goma) and for others at the office of the CENI North Kivu.
