Police station reported that it is not right news about “100 strangers are in Botahtaung Township’s mosque” at Dec 10 on social media. Police station said they went to that mosque to investigate together with responsible persons and there is not anything in that mosques. One anti-Muslim Facebook account named Wira Mos Set wrote that inaccurate news on social media at Dec 10 and other nationalists shared that news, so the responsible person went to investigate to the mosque, at No.181/183, 47 street, 10th ward, Botahtaung township, but the responsible person did not see any strangers and see only the students and teachers of that Arabic religious school that was opened together with mosque.
