A post titled “Looks like Winnie also sees the truth now” is circulating on social media with a cartoon said to be a cartoon drawn by Mr. Winnie Hettigoda. His cartoon was published on the Lanka website on 02.12.2019 but this original cartoon had been distorted in the post in circulation.Therefore, the cartoon circulating on social media stating that it was drawn by Mr.Winnie Hettigoda, is confirmed fabricated false information
