Here is why -
3 SSPDF soldiers went from Kegulu to Yembe 10 miles away from Yei and at gunpoint looted civilian belongings. And in the process of looting the civilians, the National Salvation Front met them and opened fire killing one and the rest escaped. Yesterday a legion of SSPDF was dispatched to the location to search for the NAS forces. They ended up also torturing and looting civilians in the area. It was also confirmed by a number of people that the SSPDF arrested several people and drove them to the Yei military barracks.
