Here is why -
The law against practicing polygamy include objection of inheritance right to children from second marriage, is adopted by the Parliament, on August 28. The approval of the law comes after the President send with 6 amendments.
In the paragraph (16) of law by the President, the fact is stated that if a man is married again with any other woman according to law or religion or tradition in his current marriage life, the latter marriage will not be legal and the children from that marriage will not be able to claim their inheritance right.
Despite the objection of some of the Parliament members and the facts itself is against the international children conviction which stated whether the child is born within legal wedlock or illegal wedlock, the right of the children should be the same, this law is approved upon the president notification.
In the paragraph (12) of law by the President, in which stated that no one should marry again according to the law or religion or tradition in his current marriage life or should not have illegal relationship, has been approved by voting in the Parliament.
