Here is why -
Un (1) combattant M23 a été abattu à bout portant par ses compagnons d’armes mercredi i 21 décembre à Kiwanja.
Des sources locales indiquent que ce rebelle voulait se rendre à la MONUSCO avec son artillerie. Il a été intercepté par ses compagnons qui lui ont tiré dessus alors qu’il était à quelques pas du poste de garde des casques bleus de la MONUSCO.
