Here is why -
A ceremony for erecting sign-board, saying " No Muslim Area ", was held by Mizzima Alinyaung Sayadaw at Botaesu Village of Yaytarshay Township in Eastern Bago Regional Area , according to Sayadaw's Facebook.
Written on the board are:
(1) No Muslim is allowed for overnight stay. (2) No Muslim is allowed for real estate. (3) No villager is allowed to marry a Muslim.
" No Muslim Area " boards have been posted in some places of the country and it's the main policy of 969. But, unlike other places, though the leader was a Sanga, a group of kids around eight years old took photographs with the board. On the Sayadaw's Facebook wall, the said photo was captioned as " Mizzima Alinyaung Sayadaw and his young followers ".
