Here is why -
The police in Pyi Gyi Dagun Township arrested a group of eight Bangladeshi telecom company staff early September, after a pro-Buddhist group Patriot Monks group has alerted that they came into Myanmar illegally.
The eight are the employees of Telenor, a foreign telecomm operator in Myanmar and they were staying in the Mandalay Region town on an assignment to build telephone towers and they were carrying permission to stay in Myanmar.
A police superintendent of Pyi Gyi Dagun town said the rumors circulated on the social media that they were living illegally in Myanmar was not true.
However, the four people among the eight have over stayed their visa and they are to face charges under the article 14 of the Foreigners Registration Act and according to the officials on 19 September that the two of them would be deported.
