Here is why -
Rohingya and boat-people can never be Internally Displaced People (IDPs), so cannot give the proper places and rehabilitation for them by the report of Tatmadaw corps to Union Peace Conference (UPC).
Tatmadaw corps will serve to combine peacefully, so will carry out to get proper place and rehabilitation for the ethnic armed forces' family at conflict areas although cannot sever for Rohingya and boat-people as IDPs by the discussion for Social sector at that UPC conference.
That Union Peace Conference was hold in Nay Pyi Taw at January 12.
